Thank you for choosing to exhibit at BDNY.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

If you wish to pay the balance by check, BDNY must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If a check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule.

Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 50% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by July 6, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by July 7, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

The initial booth processing fee must be made using a credit card or Electronic Check.  If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or Electronic Check, please email your account representative for further assistance. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2025 BDNY”
