Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the 2022 BDNY Trade Fair.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

If you wish to pay the balance by check, BDNY must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If a check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule.

  • ​1/3 non-refundable payment due upon contracting the booth
  • 2/3 non-refundable payment due on 4/1/22
  • 100% non-refundable payment due on 7/1/2022

The initial booth processing fee must be made using a credit card or Electronic Check.  If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or Electronic Check, please email your account representative for further assistance. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2022 BDNY”
